What is included in my registration package?
Your selected package includes conference registration and two hotel nights. You may also add extra hotel nights for $140 per night.
Can I register with a roommate?
Yes. If you select the double room option, you must provide your roommate’s name. Your roommate must also be registered by March 31, 2027, or your registration will convert to the single room rate.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. You may pay in full or choose the payment plan with a $100 initial payment and two equal payments for the remaining balance.
Is there a processing fee for cards?
Yes. A one time $20 processing fee is added to credit and debit card payments.
Are payments refundable?
No. Payments are non refundable and non transferable.
